"Beyond the Vision" by Edgar Farinon

Beyond the Vision (Além da Visão)

by Edgar Farinon

translated by Scott Hales

Stars wander through space,

Planets revolve around some sun,

Meteors fall.

They search the infinite at random

For a place to rest.

And for a universe,

An outer space,

With great lives, far from evil—

Where no one knows what evil is—

Some distant life that maybe knows no hate and no evil.

Then will love be triumphant,

Free of this material atmosphere,

There where starry stuff alone is in the air.

For beyond the vision exists an old world

With lives estranged from evil:

Heavenly Father’s plan of redemption

For the inhabitants of this earth, living among the stars.

And the stars shine in darkness,

fascinating the children of Adam,

Followers of divine doctrine. (The beyond fascinates.)

They shine more than the stars

For they are the stars that give life.

Eternal life to love.

Eternal life to love.

Eternal life to love.

Stars wander through space.

Stars wander through space.
